The agreement
By signing up for Athletique, your facility (“you”) and Athletique (“we”) agree to these terms. They're written in English a human can read — not a parade of capitalized clauses.
What we provide
Software to run a sports facility: kiosk check-in, coach scheduling, family portal, admin operations, payroll computation, and communications. We provision the infrastructure, ship updates continuously, and keep the lights on.
What you provide
The data you put into the platform (roster, schedule, payments) and accurate account info. Don't share login credentials; we'll provision invites for additional staff as needed.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Failed payments are retried over seven days; after 30 days past due, a household subscription transitions to canceled. We never delete operational data on payment failure.
Acceptable use
No scraping, no reverse-engineering, no using the platform to send unsolicited mass communication beyond your roster. Pretty standard stuff.
Liability
Athletique is provided “as is.” We'll work hard to keep it up and correct, but our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. This protects both of us.
Termination
Either party can terminate with 30 days' notice. On termination, you get a CSV export of everything and we delete what we're legally allowed to delete within 30 days.
