What we collect
Athletique stores the data your facility entrusts to it: account information (name, email, role), roster details (athletes, parents, coaches), schedule and attendance records, payment metadata (Stripe customer/subscription IDs only — we never see card numbers), and messages exchanged on the platform. Verification photos and uploaded documents are stored encrypted in private object storage, accessible only via signed URLs.
What we don't collect
We don't install third-party analytics, ad pixels, or session-replay tools on the signed-in surfaces. Marketing pages use first-party measurement only. We never sell, rent, or share facility data with other facilities or with third-party data brokers.
How long we keep it
Operational records (attendance, schedule, messages, payments) are retained while your account is active. On cancellation, you may request export and deletion at any time. We honor deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
How we keep it safe
Data lives in encrypted Postgres in the studio's shared cluster, with per-product role isolation. Sensitive media (photos of minors, documents) is stored in encrypted S3 with no public access. Audit logs record every sensitive mutation.
Children's data
We treat data about minors with extra care: photo capture is opt-in at the kiosk; parents can revoke at any time; verification photos are retained only as long as attendance reconciliation requires; pickup permissions are explicit and parent-managed.
